Bruce B. Wilson entered the commercial real estate business in 1959 with what was then Atlanta’s premier commercial real estate company. He stayed there for 14 years and became their sales manager. Bruce is a graduate of Emory University and has participated in almost every phase of the commercial real estate business to include shopping center leasing, industrial and office space leasing, investment sales, and development of buildings for himself and others. He has been president of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, winner of the Alvin B. Cates award for outstanding real estate transaction, has been a member of the Million Dollar Club of the Atlanta Board of Realtors more times than any Atlanta realtor.

Over the years he has consummated sales and lease transactions for many of Atlanta’s and the country’s top companies. They include Turner Broadcasting System and the S. P. Richards division of Genuine Parts Company. For each of these companies he has completed over 40 transactions. They include the CNN offices in Manhattan and leases and sales in over 25 major cities in the United States. Bruce was a part owner of the Atlanta Hawks NBA team with Ted Turner.
