History
Wilson, Hull & Neal was founded in 1972 by three former Adams Cates real estate professionals – the late Bruce B. Wilson, the late Charlie Hull and Watt Neal.
They formed Wilson, Hull & Neal with a vision of providing clients with consummate professionalism through their in-depth knowledge of Atlanta commercial real estate, their entrepreneurial spirit, and the utilization of their extensive network of relationships. These three men not only have been very successful in the leasing, selling, developing and owning of commercial real estate in Atlanta – they have each served as great leaders of Atlanta’s business and commercial real estate community.
Over the years, Wilson, Hull & Neal has added both well-respected real estate veterans and younger entrepreneurial real estate professionals to continue the founding partners vision of providing landlords, tenants, and real estate investors the best results through local expertise and relationships
