Jamie Hargather is a Partner at Wilson, Hull & Neal Real Estate.
During his 11 year career, he has completed over 250 lease or sale transactions totaling more than $300 million of deal volume. He specializes in assignment specific deals using a creative pragmatic approach along with strong local market knowledge. Relationships are instrumental; loyalty, trust, and hard work are the foundation for his success in the business.
Jamie has a successful track record using his local market knowledge combined with local relationships to help lead to successfully completing brokerage assignments. The underlying factor in these deals is his focus on getting the deal done with integrity and professionalism.

In 2008, he represented Georgia State University’s Foundation in the purchase of their football practice facility. This land deal was a finalist for the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Land Deal of the Year – $6,600,000.
In 2010, he represented Georgia State University in the purchase of a 2.4 acre site Downtown that will be used for the future development of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business and the College of Law. This deal was a finalist for the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Land Deal of the Year – $17,850,000.
In 2012, he represented Georgia State University in the purchase of two office buildings totaling 118,000 SF – $10,240,000.
In 2013 he represented the owners of 3030 Peachtree Road (former ESPN Zone) in the lease to Restoration Hardware. This deal was one of the largest retail deals in Atlanta that year.
In 2012 & 2017, he represented Monday Night Brewery in their leases at 670 Trabert Avenue and 933 Lee Street.
In 2013 & 2017, he represented Perennial Properties in the purchase of two different land acquisitions at 930 Howell Mill Road and 236 Martin Luther King Street – $4,900,000 and $4,300,000.
In 2015, he represented Rooker Properties in the purchase of a 50,000 SF office building in Alpharetta – $5,995,000.
In 2015, he represented an institutional owner in the disposition of an 86,000 SF two building flex project “close-in” the Northeast submarket – $4,250,000.
In 2016, he represented Prologis in the leasing of 165,000 SF (100,000 SF / 65,000 SF) of “close-in” office/warehouse space to two credit tenants to terms of 10+ years.
In 2016, he represented the owner of 1599 Memorial Drive in a 105,000 SF retail building sale to Paces Properties – $5,500,000.
In 2017, he represented a local owner in the disposition of RH Gallery in the heart of Buckhead retail market to an institutional investor – $33,000,000.

He graduated from Georgia State University in 2005 with a BBA in Business Administration, where he captained the men’s soccer team and was a four-year All Conference Academic team member. He and his wife Molly reside in Atlanta with their children Hammond, Delle, Mills and Luke and attend Buckhead Church.
