Bilijack R. Bell is an industrial real estate specialist and began working in the commercial real estate industry in 1995 -2000 with a small firm that specialized in industrial tenant representation. He joined Wilson, Hull & Neal in 2000. Bilijack has been a member of the Million Dollar Club every year since 1996 and is a Phoenix Award Winner for ten years of participation in the Million Dollar Club. He is a graduate of Elon College in North Carolina where he grew up.
While at Wilson, Hull & Neal he has participated in all phases of the commercial real estate business including tenant and landlord representation, development, land sales and leasing. Over the years he has consummated sales and lease transactions for many local businesses as well as national and international companies such as the Fastenal Company, The Atlanta Bread Company, Four Seasons Food Distribution, Interline, ITW, the Bag Company and Teton PCL. He has also represented national and local developers including Highwoods Properties, Oakmont, mdh Partners, Republic Properties, Taurus Real Estate, Rooker & Associates and Robert Pattillo Properties as well as worked with and represented Cherokee County Development Authority & Macon-Bibb County Joint Development Authority.
In addition, Bilijack has co-authored a business best seller, Magnetic Service: Secrets to Creating Passionately Devoted Customers, which won the coveted Benjamin Franklin Award, as well as writing numerous service and real estate related articles that have appeared in Realtor Magazine, Executive Excellence, Atlanta Business Chronicle and many other publications.
Bilijack and his wife, Lisa, have three daughters, Kaylee Marie, Annabeth Rainey and Cassie Elizabeth. He likes to spend his weekends and free time with his family and his hobbies include soccer, barbecuing, fishing, hunting, skiing, and reading.
Bilijack was the 2009 Million Dollar Club Chairman for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is currently serving his second term on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, is a life member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor’s Million Dollar Club and the President's Club, winner of the Phoenix Award, and is an active member of NAIOP as well as a past NAIOP Future Leader. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Benedicts of Atlanta & Northside United Methodist Preschool. He volunteers for the Atlanta Steeplechase (Atlanta Speech School), and coaches for Top Hat Soccer.
